  3. Put the headset on and open the App Library. Search or scroll for Wilton House and select it

Controls/Navigation:

  • Trigger button to select/teleport (yellow glowing line should “click” onto a yellow glowing circle that will pop up as you’re holding the trigger)

  • Hold B to return to main screen

  • Left joystick to rotate

  • 1-5 on keyboard to move between large locations

  • Left and right arrow keys to move between spots in each location

Gameplay:

  1. Opens on landing screen. Landing screen should have one door that’s red and another that’s white. The red door takes the player to the landing dock of Wilton House in 1785 and the white door takes the player to the current Wilton House as it was in 1930. The player can choose between the two doors.

  2. If the red door is chosen, the player will land at the docks (1 on the keyboard) in 1785. They can either teleport to other spots on the docks to get different blurbs of information with pictures (pointing towards the pictures with the controller can make them bigger) or teleport to the next location which would be the landing site (2 on the keyboard).

  3. When the player moves onto the landing site, they can teleport around the area for little blurbs of information, go back to the docks, or move onto Wilton House in 1785 (3 on the keyboard).

  4. At Wilton House, there are many more teleport points for the player to go around than most of the other locations with blurbs of information and pictures. Afterwards, the player can either go back to the landing site or go to the James River Bluff (4 on the keyboard).

  5. At the James River Bluff, the player can view the scenery and see how far everything is from the river, and that’s it. Otherwise, they can go back to Wilton House (1785) or go back to the main menu to go to Wilton House in 1930 (5 on the keyboard).

  6. At the newer Wilton House, the player can teleport to different locations for blurbs of information and pictures, go back to the main screen to go to 1785, or use the number keys on the keyboard to return to other parts of 1785.
